1. What is the promotion?
There are thousands of fantastic gaming and event ticket prizes to be won on packs of M&M’s. You could also win one of four incredible VIP Gaming Parties for you and your mates thanks to M&M’s and EA!
2. Where is the promotion being run?
Unique codes are found on promotional packs of Choco, Peanut and Crispy M&M’s®. Promotional packs can be found in all major confectionery stores / vending machines, newsagents and supermarkets so pick up a pack today!
3. Who can enter the promotion?
This promotion is open to everyone aged 16 or over in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. Parental consent may be required for prize winners under the age of 18 to claim their prize and winners may need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
4. How do I enter?
You can enter by purchasing a promotional pack of M&M’s and looking inside to reveal your unique code. Go to www.fullcolourgaming.com and enter your code to see if you’re a winner!
5. Do I need to purchase an M&M’s Full Colour Gaming promotional pack to enter?
No, for the same chance of winning just send your name, age, and address to either M&M’s Gaming, Freepost RLTS KS XS BZHK, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QQ or if you live in The Republic of Ireland, M&M’s Gaming, Freepost, Masterfoods Ireland, PO Box 3856, Dublin 4. We will send you a unique code via post for you to enter the promotion at www.fullcolourgaming.com.
6. When will I know if I have won?
Entrants will be notified if they are an instant winner as soon as they enter their unique code at www.fullcolourgaming.com. All successful and unsuccessful entrants still have the opportunity to enter the free prize draw for a chance to win one of four amazing VIP Gaming Parties for you and your mates! The four draws will be made on 5th January 2009 and winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw closing.
7. Do I need the internet to enter?
Yes, the internet is required to enter the M&M’s Full Colour Gaming promotion.
8. What happens if I enter my details after the closing date?
The promotion closing date is 11:59pm on 7th January 2009 . No entries received after this date will be accepted.
9. How many times can I enter this promotion?
Each unique code found on promotional packs of M&M’s can only be entered once at www.fullcolourgaming.com. There is however no restriction as to how many times you can enter using the codes from newly purchased packs.
10. What prizes do I have the chance of winning?
There are a total of 2,004 incredible prizes to be won. The prize draw consists of four VIP gaming experiences with your mates (see below for details). The instant prizes consist of 1,000 x games console packs, 250 x sets of four football stadium tickets, 250 x sets of four Touring Car Championship tickets, 250 x sets of four music gig tickets, 250 x pairs of theatre tickets.

All winning console packs are linked to the unique winning codes so unfortunately you do not have the opportunity to choose your consoles or games.
13. What is the 'Rock Band Kit'?
Rock Band is an all-new platform for gamers to experience music, giving players the chance to rock in the shoes of the biggest guitarists, bassists, drummers and singers of all time – as a solo superstar or as part of a hard rocking band. The Rock Band kit comes complete with the game, guitar, drums and microphone.
14. Can I choose which event tickets I win?
All winning ticket categories (football, music, car racing and dance) are tied to your unique code so unfortunately you do not have the opportunity to choose which event category you can redeem your tickets from. You can however choose which specific event within your category you attend from a range of options once you have received a voucher pack.
15. If I live in the Republic of Ireland can I attend an event in the United Kingdom?
If you live in The Republic of Ireland and win an event ticket prize, you will be given a list of alternative events in the ROI. If you would prefer to attend an event in the United Kingdom, M&M’s will provide an €150 travel allowance per winning code.
16. When can I expect to receive my instant prize once I have registered my details?
All console pack winners will receive their prize within 28 days of becoming an instant winner online.
The Rock Band kit may not be available until after September 2008, winners before this date will be notified of a second delivery date, to include the Rock Band kit should it not be available to mail with the console pack at that time.
Event ticket winners will receive their prize in the form of a voucher pack within 28 days of becoming an instant winner.
17. How will I receive my instant prize?
Your console pack will be couriered and the event ticket voucher pack will be sent via post to the full name and address supplied at time of entry. Mars are not liable however for any errors in supplied addresses, postal delays/damage or any other technical reason.
18. What does my VIP Party consist of?
The four VIP Party winners will have the opportunity to meet and play video games with either a celebrity football enthusiast, motor racing fan, rock band member(s) or pop star.
Each winner and up to six friends will have up to four hours access to the EA Hub in which their chosen celebrity will then spend a minimum of two hours in the EA Hub eating loads of fantastic M&M’s and playing EA games with the winner and their friends!
19. What is the EA Hub?
The Hub is a state-of-the-art exhibition trailer that allows visitors to trial the latest EA video games on High-Definition (HD) technology.
VIP Party winners can also get their photographs taken in the “Get in the Game” feature – enabling them to take home a photo of themselves in their favourite video game and with a unique personalised code which enables them to download their picture from the internet!
20. What happens if the EA Hub cannot be parked near my home?
After winners have received their winner’s notification in the post, they will be contacted by a representative of M&M’s and EA to organise a suitable location for the EA Hub between 1st April 2009 and 30th September 2009. If this location is not near to where the winner lives, we can provide transport to and from the VIP Party.
21. Is the EA Hub available in the Republic of Ireland?
The EA Hub will be subject to availability for those winners within the Republic of Ireland. Should the EA Hub not be available to travel to the Republic of Ireland, we will offer an alternative VIP Party experience in the UK. The details of which will be agreed with the winner(s).
22. Can I choose which celebrity attends my VIP gaming party?
The celebrity guest will vary according to the category of draw chosen (Football, Car Racing, Music or Dance) and will therefore be selected by us. Winners will be notified of the celebrity guest within 28 days of prize notification.
23. Will I receive information about future M&M's promotions if I enter my contact details?
No, we are not capturing data submitted by entrants for future marketing purposes. Nor will your details be passed on to any third parties. The information you provide will on be used by us in order to forward on your prize should you be successful.
