Participation:

  1. The promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over only, excluding employees and their families of Mars, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. For certain prizes, prizewinners aged under 18 will need parental consent to claim their prize and may need to be accompanied by a parent/ adult guardian .

  2. Promotion running on marked packs of 45g and 250g Peanut M&M’s and Choco M&M’s, 36g and 200g Crispy M&M’s.

  3. All codes must be registered online by 11.59pm, 7th January 2009.

  4. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for free entry applications and/or promotional codes lost, delayed or which fail to be submitted for whatever reason. Proof of on-line entry or posting a free entry application is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

  5. No Purchase Necessary. For the same chance of winning, send your name, age and address to either M&M's Gaming, Freepost, PO Box 133, Uckfield, TN22 1HH (or for ROI residents: M&M's Gaming, Freepost, Masterfoods Ireland, PO Box 3856, Dublin 4). You will be sent a promotional code  to enter on-line. One free entry application per stamped envelope.

How to enter:

  1. Inside every pack of promotional M&M’s you will find a10 digit unique reference number (URN), consisting of both letters and numbers. To enter visit www.fullcolourgaming.com and enter your URN from inside your pack when requested, followed by your name, address and age.

  2. If you have won a prize, you will be told instantly with a message confirming the detail of your prize and instructions on how to claim it. The prize will be either a gaming console pack or set of event tickets.

  3. If have not won you will receive a message saying ‘Sorry this code isn’t a winner. You can try again with another unique code inside special promo packs of M&M’s.’

  4. Every URN registered also entitles the entrant to register for one of four free prize draws. Once entrants have been told if they have won an instant prize or not, they are asked to select which draw they wish to enter, from either draw 1 - football, draw 2 - motor racing, draw 3 - music or draw 4 - dance. The URN’s are then entered into the relevant free prize draw for another chance to win a prize.

  5. To redeem instant prizes, entrants will be required to provide proof of code in the form of the actual winning pack. Please send your winning pack, together with your name, address and phone number to M&M’s Gaming, PO Box 133, Uckfield, TN22 1HH.  Photocopied or incomplete wrappers will not be accepted.  All winning wrappers must be received by 28 February 2009.  An instant win prize claim will be forfeited if the winning wrapper is not received by this date.

 

Prize fund:

  1. There are a total of 2,004 prizes available to be won. The instant win prizes consist of 1,000 x games console packs, 250 x sets of 4 football stadium tickets, 250 x sets of 4 Touring Car Championship tickets, 250 x sets of 4 music gig tickets, 250 x pairs of theatre tickets, see below for full details.  There are 4 x EA gaming experience prizes to be won in the prize draw, one in each draw category.

Free Prize Draw:

  1. There will be one winner in each of the four draws (football, motor racing, music and dance), drawn randomly from all on-line entries nominating entry in that draw category.

  2. These four winners will have the opportunity to meet and play video games with either a celebrity football enthusiast, motor racing fan, rock band member(s) or pop star. The celebrity guest will vary according to the category of draw selected. 

  3. Each winner and up to six friends will have up to four hours access to the EA Hub, a mobile truck holding various video game consoles. The winner's chosen celebrity will spend a minimum of one hour in the EA Hub, playing EA games with the winner and their friends.

  4. The four draws will be made under independent supervision on 12th January 2009 . The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  5. The winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date to confirm their prize and begin arrangements for their EA Hub VIP Party.

  6. The name of the celebrity guest will be disclosed to winners within 28 days of prize notification.

  7. If any winner cannot be contacted to finalise prize arrangements within 60 days of the written notification (or they have not sent in their winning pack in accordance with Condition 10), the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion, to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn as reserve at the same time as the original winner.

  8. The logistical placement of the EA Hub will be organised by EA after winner notification. The Promoter will endeavour to locate the EA Hub near to the winner’s residence. EA Hub prize winners may be required to advise upon best location of the EA Hub within their home area. A site visit will be necessary in advance of the VIP Party and if the suggested location is not appropriate another location will be organised between Promoter and winner. If transport is necessary the Promoter will provide this to and from the VIP Party.

  9. Final prize details of the EA Hub party, including logistics, will be finalised with the winner at least two weeks before their agreed prize redemption date.

  10. The EA Hub prize must be taken between 1st April 2009 and 30th September 2009.

  11. In the event of an ROI winner, the EA Hub will be subject to availability within ROI. Should the EA Hub not be available to travel to ROI, the Promoter will offer an alternative VIP Party prize experience at the EA Hub in the UK, the details of which will be agreed with the winner.

Games console pack:

  3. The Rock Band kit may not be available until after September 2008. Winners before this date will be notified if the Rock Band kit will not be available to mail with the console pack and will be provided with an indication of when the Rock Band Kit will be delivered separately.

  4. Console packs will be received by winners within 28 days of the Promoter receiving the actual winning pack as stated in point 10 above and validating the claim.

 

Tickets

  1. All event ticket winners will receive their prize in the form of a voucher pack within 28 days of the Promoter receiving the actual winning pack as stated in point 10 above and validating the claim.

  2. Upon receipt of the voucher pack, it is the winner’s responsibility to make contact with the stated ticket organiser to arrange their prize, contact details are available within the voucher pack

  3. Voucher packs not received or lost in the post are not the responsibility of the Promoter.

  4. Ticket types available are: football stadium tours, music gigs, theatre trips and touring car racing. There is no choice of ticket type; ticket vouchers are allocated according to the winning URN.

  5. Winners are able to choose within their ticket types, which event they wish to visit. The Promoter will endeavor to meet winners' preferences/choice at all times within the value of the ticket type.

  6. Transport will not be included in the prize for UK, CI & IoM residents. Winners from the ROI, should they wish to redeem their prize in the UK, will receive an €150 allowance for travel expenses incurred as a result of taking up their prize.

  7. All tickets are subject to availability at time of booking.

250 sets of 4 football stadium tour tickets

  1. Each prize is four stadium tour tickets at the football ground of the winners choice.

  2. Locations include clubs within; Berkshire; Cleveland; Derbyshire; Hampshire; Lancashire x 3; Liverpool x 2; London x 5; Manchester x 2; Tyne & Wear x 2; W Midlands. If a winner's preferred choice is not available alternative venues should be discussed at the time of booking.

  3. Tours available on selected dates, excluding match days.

  4. Content of the package varies between clubs, details to be disclosed at time of booking.

  5. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

250 sets of 4 Touring Car Championship tickets

  1.  Each prize is four race day tickets at the Touring Car Championships.

  2.  The prize is redeemable at any of the participating circuits on relevant race days in 2008 & 2009, to be confirmed upon booking of prize.

  3. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  4. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

250 sets of 4 music gig tickets

  1. Each prize is four tickets to a music concert of the winner's choice.

  2. Headline concerts may be excluded, detail to be confirmed upon booking of prize.

  3. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

250 pairs of West End show tickets

  1.  Each prize is two tickets to a show of the winner’s choice.

  2.  The location of the theatre is at the winner’s discretion and can be taken up at West End theatres or other alternatives across the UK.

  3.  Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

General terms and conditions

  1.  Each prize is subject to individual terms and conditions as specified above.

  2. All prizes are as stated and there are no other cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes (or any element of a prize) of equal or greater value, should any advertised prize become unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

  3. By entering this promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them, and to have accepted them on behalf of any guests taking up a prize with the winner.

  4. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prizes and/or the promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.  The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the award of a prize. The Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.

  5. A list of the names and counties of the four winners of the EA Hub prizes will be available after 28th January 2009 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to M&M’s Results, PO Box 133, Uckfield, TN22 1HH

  6. EA Hub winners hereby consent to participate in publicity if so required.

  7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  8. The Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house or the web provider. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the affect on the participant of any such failure.

  9. For residents of the UK, this competition and the Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this competition.  For ROI residents this competition and the Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this competition.

  10. In ROI this promotion is operated pursuant to a Lottery License granted by the Dublin District Court to the Irish Youth Foundation.

Please note: due to high Christmas postal volumes, we could experience delays in sending out codes to entrants who have submitted a "No Purchase Necessary" application. To allow entrants who applied for a free code prior to the original closing date (31/12/08) to have an opportunity to enter, we are extending the closing date for codes to be submitted on-line to 7th January 2009. As a result, the main prize draws will now take place on [12th] January, but winners will still be notified by 28th January, as scheduled.
